Why "1 MB" here means 1,000,000 bytes
Windows shows sizes in units of 1,024, so a file Explorer calls "977 KB" is exactly 1,000,000 bytes. Portals vary, so we aim for under 1,000,000 bytes, which passes either way.
Design files and presentations
