The IBPS notices for PO/MT-XVI (30 June 2026), Clerk CSA-XV and RRBs-XV share one annexure on scanning your documents, with the same numbers. You upload four files: a photo of 200 × 230 px (preferred) and 20–50 KB, a signature of 140 × 60 px (preferred) and 10–20 KB, a left thumb impression of 240 × 240 px at 200 DPI and 20–50 KB, and a handwritten declaration of 800 × 400 px at 200 DPI and 50–100 KB. A live photo is also captured in the form.
Pick each file in Form or exam. The photo preset whitens a plain background; the signature, thumb and declaration presets use Signature mode, which turns the paper white, makes the ink black and crops to it before fitting the box.
IBPS also asks for certificates as PDFs on A4 pages, at most 500 KB each: compress certificate PDFs to 500 KB with the IBPS rule built in.

The handwritten declaration
Copy the declaration text exactly as your notice gives it, in your own handwriting, in English, with black ink on white paper, and not in capital letters. Photograph the whole text from above; the tool crops to the writing and fits it into 800 × 400 px.
LIC’s 2025 notice for AAO (Generalist) uses the same four files and numbers; its presets are in the picker under LIC AAO.
How to do it
- Photo: add a recent photo against a light wall. The IBPS PO photo preset is selected; crop around your head and shoulders and download.
- Signature: sign in black ink on white paper, photograph it, pick IBPS PO · Signature, and download.
- Thumb: press your left thumb in black or blue ink on white paper, photograph it, pick Left thumb impression, and download.
- Declaration: write it out, photograph it, pick Handwritten declaration, and download.
How it hits the size
The tool saves your image as a JPG again and again at different quality levels, halving the gap each time, until it finds the highest quality that fits under the maximum. That takes about ten tries and usually well under a second. If you set an exact pixel size it never changes it; with "Any size" it shrinks the pixels instead of letting the picture go blocky.
Forms disagree on whether 1 KB is 1,000 or 1,024 bytes, so we count the maximum as 1,000 bytes and the minimum as 1,024. A file that passes our check passes either way. If your image is too simple to reach a minimum even at top quality, we add blank data inside the file (a JPEG comment) to reach it; the picture does not change.
